| 5. Using your computer’s mouse, digitally sign the pre-populated application and select submit. Upon submittal, the application is securely sent to our underwriting department for final approval. Approval status for most digitally signed and submitted applications is provided within 24-hours. |

| 6. A Paynet Systems’ representative will contact you with the approval status and new merchant account information.
